Position: Social Media Manager (Volunteer)
Location: Remote, with occasional opportunities for local engagement (Tampa/St. Pete area)
Commitment: 5-8 hours per week, flexible schedule

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging and informative content that highlights the organization's mission, projects, and impact
• Monitor and respond to community engagement (comments, messages, etc.)
• Track social media performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Collaborate with the team to promote events, initiatives, and campaigns
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant content into social media strategies

• Experience managing social media accounts for organizations or businesses
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Excellent written communication skills and creativity
• Passion for environmental sustainability, urban planning, or marine conservation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus
